Tension Points: Control
Easter Sunday! It is the day we celebrate the greatest act of love, power, hope, and redemption when Jesus was resurrected from the dead! In one act, He defeated death once and for all. This Sunday we will also be starting a new series called Tension Points: Living Life between a Rock and a Hard Place. Specifically, we are going to look at the tension of control.
Here is the tension: you want what is best, but you don't always have control. We try to control our kids, our finaces, our future. Sadly, the truth is "controlling tomorrow leads to worrying today." This Sunday we are going to talk about moving from controlling and worrying to trusting and surrendering.
