Life hurts. We care at Indian Creek and desire that everyone discovers a community of care that encourages healing, life change, and hope in Jesus Christ. We believe that Jesus called us to love one another and because we love we naturally care for each other. We bear each other’s burdens, encourage one another, and comfort as we have been comforted by God Himself.
We believe that care happens best in the context of community, therefore, we encourage the pursuit of healing in small groups where people share life together—the good, the bad, and the ugly. We pray, encourage, and support one another as we journey together.
We recognize that there are times when individuals are not connected in a small group. Christ’s love is demonstrated by members of the Care Team, pastoral staff, and/or a Stephen Minister. We also partner with a network of people who are dedicated to caring, and we refer to them as services are needed.
