Today we are talking about the commitment of purity in marriage. We'll learn how secrecy is the enemy of intimacy and that shame separates us from God and others. The Bible gives us clear instruction on how to move out of the darkness and live in the light.
Verses: Genesis 2:24-25, 3:7-10, Ephesians 5:8-14

- Why did Adam hide when he realized his nakedness in Genesis 2?
- Do you have a time where you did something or someone did something to you and you felt shame and hid?
- Reflect on the key thought: Wherever secrets live, intimacy dies. How have you experienced this to be true in your relationships with others and with God?
- What has been the most difficult confession you have had to "receive with grace?"
