Hamburg Germany
We support a new church plant in Germany. Our friends, Daniel and Katrina Bartz launched a new church last year in the city of Hamburg. They call it the Hamburg Project, or sometimes as Daniel says, Americans can remember it best; the Hamburger Project .They recently had their first baptism! They rent a small space right in the city center and have held services in three different spaces this last year. Next year they plan to expand their reach and go multi-site even as a one year old church and we want to help them reach Hamburg for Christ.

India Gospel League-Adopt a Village
2010 will be the third year of a five year partnership with a village in India to rebuild homes, schools, churches and skill centers. This village was sucked into the ocean in December of 2004. I remember walking the beaches in February of 2005 and picking up a tiny pink sandal. I was gripped by the total devastation of the area as was Samuel Stephens, President of the India Gospel League. He was so overwhelmed he knew that the job was too big so he contacted friends and conducted Presidential Delegation tours of the hundreds of miles of shoreline villages wiped out in India and Sri Lanka. I remember the story of an entire train carload of children being pulled into the ocean. A pastor told the story of losing his entire youth group, plus his wife and son. While he was talking, his young daughter, the only other survivor of his family clung to his legs. Won’t you help us rebuild hope in India?

Oceans of Mercy (South Africa)
Because we live and give in generous ways, there is a rural village in the Transkei area of South Africa where orphans who might not otherwise get a meal, can eat once a day at our soup kitchen. Your generosity also sponsors more than 25 children, providing them a monthly allotment of food and school clothes. We partner with Kristi and Dan Fair (Oceans of Mercy), missionaries living in South Africa, to support the growing need for AIDS education in addition to child sponsorship and soup kitchens. So how can you get involved?

    • Missions Trip: July 24-August 10, 2010 - We will partner with other churches and Oceans of Mercy to provide a missions trip. Its initiative is to serve the villages of the Transkei region of South Africa by sharing a message of abstinence, hope, and the love of Jesus Christ in order to raise up a generation of strong youth and leaders. Visit www.beatthedrum.org for more information on this mission trip.

Hope Kenya
Hope Kenya’s mission is to help community leaders develop self-sustaining resource centers within their communities to train and educate people in economic, spiritual, and physical development. In May 2009 Hope Preschool opened its doors to 30 kids too poor to attend other preschools. For $30 per month, we are able to provide clean water, meals, and school uniform. Families, regardless of income contribute at least $5 per month in cash or community service. In 2010 Hope Kenya plans to roll out a micro-credit chicken farming model, fund the development of a well and a Teach the Teacher Program. Will you partner with us to be a catalyst for leadership and change in Kenya?

Project Partner-China
Together with Project Partner, Indian Creek engages in the lives of students who are learning English by the book but long to practice it for real with Americans. They have heard many tales and see the stereotypes from TV shows that depict Americans as rude, crude and violent! They are surprised to meet gentle, caring, loving students close to their own ages who are willing to invest their time and money teaching and connecting with them. Travel with us to China to demonstrate the love of God to His children who don’t even know Him yet!

Scholarship Fund for Missions Trips
Going on a mission trip is a life changing experience!  You can make it possible for someone to get a glimpse of God's heart for His people around the corner and around the world!

Croc Mexico
Croc is a small village of approximately 2,000 people twenty minutes from Monterrey, Mexico. It is an impoverished community with many unfinished, concrete block homes and tarpaper shacks. Money for basic needs (shelter, clothes, shoes, and toiletries) other than food is limited and education past the 8th grade is rare. Indian Creek partners with Youthfront to send students to Croc to build homes and connect with the children.
