Gary Kendall is the founding and Lead Pastor of Indian Creek Community Church. Gary and his wife, Belinda, live in Olathe. Their three children and their families live in the greater Kansas City area. Gary has a passion for helping people find their way back to God and for planting and developing churches that do the same. Under his leadership Indian Creek has grown from a home Bible study to a multi-site church that over 2,500 people call home. Indian Creek has recently planted two churches. Gary founded CMA, the Church Multiplication Association, with Robin Wood in 2004. CMA plants churches nationally and is presently assisting over 60 congregations. Gary is also the President of Project Partner an international mission ministry that focuses on China. His daughter, Kristen Levitt, is the Director.

Ben Stears is the Gardner Campus Pastor. Ben, his wife, Sarah, and their son, Jonathan, have a passion to see the community of Gardner find their way back to God.
While earning a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Kansas, Ben found his way onto the Student Ministry staff of Indian Creek Community Church. After eight years of leading in an exciting ministry, he has become the Gardner Campus Pastor. Ben loves to combine his passions for God and people as he leads at Indian Creek. Steve Southards is the Olathe Campus Pastor. His claim to fame is that he is married to the gorgeous Erin Southards and is father to the beautiful
Payton Southards.
Steve joined the Indian Creek staff in January of 2008 after being a Student Ministries Pastor and a Church Planter in Florida. Steve is passionate about helping people find their way back to God and helping people live from their God-given potential. In fact, there are few things that bring Steve more joy than to see a person begin to use his or her life in a way that brings Heaven to Earth! A few things about Steve: he loves the outdoors, BBQ, and still wears his Mizzou hat even on Kansas soil.

John Bennie is the Church Business Administrator and Treasurer. John and his wife, Cathie, have attended Indian Creek Community Church for over 18 years, serving in various volunteer roles prior to John coming on staff in July of 1998. Cathie still serves in the kidzAlive infant room on Sundays. Their two children, Scott and Becky, who are both in their 20s, grew up at Indian Creek. John also served as Project Manager for our last two phases of construction. John Bennie is the Church Business Administrator and Treasurer.
